By accessing or using MiskMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use MiskMap for personal or commercial planning purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained on MiskMap
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or mirroring on another server

3. Credits and Payments

MiskMap operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate plans and access premium features. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the plans generated by MiskMap. However, you grant MiskMap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. AI-Generated Content

Plans are generated using AI technology (Claude by Anthropic). While we strive for accuracy, MiskMap makes no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated plans before implementation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MiskMap to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Generate content that is harmful, fraudulent, or infringes on intellectual property
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MiskMap or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use MiskMap, even if MiskMap has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

9. Changes to Terms

MiskMap reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this service, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
